Job Summary
We are seeking a BPI Certified technician to fill a crew lead role in our company. We work with local utility companies to provide energy saving measures to their customers across the state.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits.
- Identify inefficiencies or potential risks in operations and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement audit findings and improve overall performance.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings, recommendations, and compliance status.
- Assist in training staff on best practices related to equipment operation and safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Energy audits: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BPI Analyst certification (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- North Little Rock, AR 72117: Relocate before starting work (Required)
