Role Description
- Full-time, Zone Manager for Summit Services Unlimited, Inc. in Long Island, NY
- Job Location - Upscale family-owned grocery store opening in 2025 in Lake Grove Village, NY
- Salary based pay additional compensation benefits: monthly car & phone allowance weekly mileage.
As a Zone Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams and managing projects for two local grocery stores within the assigned zone. Your weekly tasks will include new item placement, highlighting & maintaining new items at shelf, executing plan-o-gram resets, scanning POGs for compliance, overseeing department remodels, implementing company projects, monitoring and improving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, training and developing team members, meeting project deadlines, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Zone Manager’s main goal is to coach and lead teams on the assigned tasks within the day-to-day operation. In addition to, the Zone Manager will be responsible for handling discontinued product; monitoring plan-o-gram integrity and assisting with store remodels and/or new store set-up outside of assigned area. Minimal travel may be required up to 10 days (2 separate wks).
Pay: Salary Compensation Benefits
- $45-000 - $50,000 per year based on experience.
- Additional Car allowance, Mileage & Phone allowance.
- Full-time, 40 hrs. per week, Monday – Friday
