Hiring for the spring start for the 2025 season
The position will work out of our West Fargo, ND location.
About Us : Summit Siteworks is an established concrete company that operates in the Fargo ND area. We at Summit Siteworks value our employees and strive to provide a positive working atmosphere.
Pay : starting at $30 per hour, more depending on experience

Hours : Days, Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturdays when needed
Requirements / Duties :
- Ability to research and examine data and factors that affect the cost of working with concrete
- Must be able to read and follow blueprints
- Must do an overview of quality of work, safety on job site, and care of equipment, trucks and trailers
- Must help shape and enforce all company policies and job descriptions
- Ability to work with job superintendents, engineers, architects, and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Responsible for the crew efficiency
- Must have correct information to the crew in a timely manner
- Responsible for reviewing weekly times to ensure accuracy
- Responsible for all job-related paperwork in a timely manner
- Lead by example
- Good communication skills
- Quick problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to motivate without cursing and demeaning
