Now hiring an experienced Welding Inspector to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that welding processes and products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection techniques, and the ability to analyze welding procedures and results effectively. Must have a CWI. Day shift 7am-3:30pm
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of welded components to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Analyze welding processes and results, identifying any defects or areas for improvement.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of fabrication.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure adherence to quality systems
- Document inspection findings and maintain accurate records in accordance with quality management protocols.
- Provide feedback on welding practices and suggest improvements based on HACCP principles.
- Participate in audits and assessments related to quality assurance and control.
Experience
- Proven experience in welding inspection or a related field, with a strong understanding of quality inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with quality management systems.
- Ability to fabricate components as needed, demonstrating hands-on knowledge of welding processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to assess complex welding issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and convey inspection results clearly.

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
