Job Title: Earthwork Foreman
Location: Sioux Falls, SD (Local commuters only)
Job Type: Direct Hire, full time
Schedule: M-F, 7am-6pm
Earthwork Foreman Key Qualifications:
- Must live locally to Sioux Falls, SD (no relocation or per diem).
- 5 years of earthwork experience.
- 3 years of supervisory or foreman experience in earthwork.
- Advanced knowledge of construction procedures and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and construction plans.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills for routine errors.
- In-depth knowledge of safety guidelines and best practices.
Earthwork Foreman Key Responsibilities:
- Take measurements and plan before construction begins.
- Lead daily meetings to discuss activities and plans.
- Inform the team of the day’s activities and oversee execution.
- Track progress to ensure production targets are met.
- Coordinate, schedule, and supervise site operatives.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage equipment and materials on-site.
Earthwork Foreman Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $33-$40/hr (Based on experience).
- Pay: Weekly via direct deposit.
- Benefits: Health insurance after 60 days
- 401K after 1 year
- 2 weeks PTO after 1 year.
