Fitter

We are in search of a talented Fitter to join our team and bring your precision and creativity to our diverse projects. As a Fitter, you'll be working with structural components, I-beams etc. 1st and 2nd shift available. 100% paid benefits included after 120 days

Fitter Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to fabricate components accurately.
• Utilize hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
• Perform welding tasks, including MIG and FCAW welding, to ensure strong joints.
• Conduct measurements using calipers and micrometers to maintain precision.

Fitter Qualifications:

• Proficiency in fitting and fabrication techniques, including precise cutting, welding, and skillful assembly of metal components.
• Ability to interpret intricate technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Comprehensive understanding of materials, measurements, and meticulous precision in fabrication.
• Operate an array of hand and power tools, as well as fabrication equipment, to craft finished products.
• Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Effective communication skills
• Adaptable to fast-paced work environments
