We are in search of a talented Fitter to join our team and bring your precision and creativity to our diverse projects. As a Fitter, you'll be working with structural components, I-beams etc.
Fitter Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to fabricate components accurately.
- Utilize hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Perform welding tasks, including MIG and FCAW welding, to ensure strong joints.
- Conduct measurements using calipers and micrometers to maintain precision.
Fitter Qualifications:
- Proficiency in fitting and fabrication techniques, including precise cutting, welding, and skillful assembly of metal components.
- Ability to interpret intricate technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Comprehensive understanding of materials, measurements, and meticulous precision in fabrication.
- Operate an array of hand and power tools, as well as fabrication equipment, to craft finished products.
- Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Effective communication skills
- Adaptable to fast-paced work environments
