What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Labor position at Summit Skilled Solutions?
We are seeking reliable General Laborers to operate and maintain production lines in our manufacturing facility. This role is essential in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! The shift will start as 7am-3:30pm and eventually move to 5am-3:30pm on four 10 hour shifts.
General Laborers Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production line equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Load, unload, and package materials as needed
- Keep work areas clean and organized for safety and efficiency
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
General Laborers Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse work is a plus but not required
