Brick Mason Foreman
Summit Skilled Solutions seeking an experienced Brick Mason Foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing masonry projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and leading a crew of skilled masons. The Mason Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating materials, and maintaining safety standards on site. Strong communication skills are essential!
Brick Mason Foreman Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of brick masons up to 20 people
- Schedule and assign tasks to crew members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment
Brick Mason Foreman Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5 yrs) as a Brick Mason Foreman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of commercial masonry techniques and materials
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong communication skills (email, text, phone, etc)
- Proficient in the use of Apple Ipad
