What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Conveyor Installer position at Summit Skilled Solutions?
Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring experienced Mechanical Conveyor Installers for projects all over the U.S. but starting in the Atlanta/Stone Mountain area Tuesday the 11th. There is no shortage of work for reliable/productive workers. Qualified candidates will have 5 years of mechanical conveyor experience documented on their resume, preferably with Amazon, UPS or FedEx.
Mechanical Conveyor Installer Duties
- Install bolt-up systems
- Assemble, install and dismantle various types of conveyor systems
- Troubleshoot, repair or replace broken or worn down mechanical parts
Mechanical Conveyor Installers Qualifications
- 5 years of documented conveyor experience
- Ability to travel up to 75% once you get going
- Knowledge and experience using both hand tools and power tools is required.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Able to work from a scissor/aerial lift as needed
Mechanical Conveyor Installers Compensation/Benefits
- $28-$32/hr BOE
- $100 /day per diem once you start traveling (after GA projects)
- Working up to 50-60 hours/week locally
- Working 6-7/10s on the road
- Paid weekly

Pay: $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
