Work Schedule: 6/10s (7am-5:30pm, Monday-Saturday)
Skilled Laborer Job Summary:
Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring Skilled Laborers with at least 2 years of industrial labor experience for a compressor station project in New Lexington, OH. Applicants with experience in the oil & gas industry will be given priority. This is a great opportunity to join a long-term project with competitive pay and benefits.
Skilled Laborer Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor both indoors and outdoors as needed.
- Assist with concrete/pad work.
- Provide a second set of hands for pipefitters and other trades.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with project standards.
Skilled Laborer Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of industrial labor experience.
- Oil & gas experience is preferred.
- PEC Safeland or OSHA 10 certification required.
- Must have standard PPE including fire retardant clothing.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must.
Skilled Laborer Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to $25/hr for local commuters.
- $23/hr $100/day per diem for travelers.
- Working hours: 6/10s, Monday-Saturday (7am-5:30pm).
