What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snow Shoveler – Solo Technician position at Summit Snow?

Requirements:
- Use a personal AWD or 4WD vehicle (no travel or gas reimbursement).
- Reliably clock in and out for each shift, following company protocols.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Earn $28/hour ($25/hour base plus $3/hour stipend) for using your own AWD or 4WD vehicle.
- All necessary equipment provided at no cost.
Responsibilities:
- Perform entry-level snow removal tasks with minimal supervision.
- Submit completion photos to the team group chat after each job.
- Follow time log protocols and maintain accurate job documentation.
- Respond to weekly availability emails.
- Confirm daily job completion with the office team.
Additional Notes:
- Employees are not paid for commuting.
- Training must be completed through the Summit Snow Training Center before starting.
- Solo technicians clock in at the first job and out at the last.
