Pay: 80-90k
Location: HQ Location - Manfield
Schedule: Mon-Friday
What will you be doing on a daily basis?
- Pre-installation meetings, site visits, supervision, compliance and field quality assurance
- Oversee and manage day-to-day field operations both with internal teams and subcontractors, increasing the volume of installs
- Ensure and develop job site proficiency and ensure completion of projects within timelines on non-electrical scope of work
- Work with the leadership to support offerings including windows, roofing, siding, gutters, pergola, and deck projects.
- Complete adherence to Summit Values.
- Analyze job scopes and help qualify installations with construction solutions
- Exemplify and manage the Summit standard of quality.
- Continue CSL continuing education and expand building and green building code knowledge base as we grow into new markets.
- Assist in selling, developing, and scaling the roofing, siding, solar shingle, and other various construction offerings in our regions.
- Zero tolerance for not treating people like people (especially violence, harassment, racism, bigotry, etc.)
- Strategize and meet weekly with leadership to analyze areas of improvement, opportunity, and threats to the business.
- Place material orders as needed for roofing and construction jobs.
- Subcontractor management
- Work with the leadership to develop and implement improved SOPs, best practices, logical solutions, and safety compliance requirements.
- Act as a steward for Summit Construction services and Summit to enforce and train on safety protocols and compliance in the field.

Requirements:
What is needed to be successful?
- 5-7 years of construction or project management experience
- MA Unrestricted CSL preferred
- Knowledge of Building codes
- Knowledge of residential roofing systems and installation applications, commercial a
- Strong passion for construction and the solar industry, with a commitment to aligning with organizational values and culture.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism across all levels.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
- Effective leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities, with a proven track record in motivating and mentoring teams.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to set, monitor, and achieve strategic goals and business plans, including budgeting and resource management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
