**Position Overview:**
This position is a 25-30 week position. Winter hours are Thursday-Monday 9AM-4PM, and Summer Hours are Monday, Wednesday-Friday.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Client Services Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring that our clients' property needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be proficient with computer systems, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner via phone and email.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client communications, ensuring all questions and requests are handled with care and precision.
- Coordinate and fulfill client property needs, working closely with internal teams to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction and maintain loyalty.
- Collaborate with property management and other relevant departments to address and solve client property requests and challenges.
- Continuously assess and improve client service protocols to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
