We are seeking a property services maintenance manager to oversee our association clients.
The Summit Solutions Property Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of multiple associations with a focus on tenacity and attention to detail. The employee will perform weekly on-site inspections, providing detailed reports to management. They will be in charge of monitoring all grounds and service requests related to the association, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and coordinating with appropriate vendors or staff. ***This employee must have a general knowledge of grounds care and building maintenance***
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly on-site inspections of the properties managed by Summit Solutions.
- Document and report findings to management, highlighting any issues or areas that require attention.
- Provide Management Reports to Management on a weekly Basis
- Coordinate and oversee the completion of grounds maintenance and service requests as needed.
- Attend weekly meetings with board members as necessary to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Attend quarterly zoom meetings with how members
- ****May need to perform service work as needed such as replacing lights, stacking firewood and replacing smoke detectors ****
- ***Must be able to work weekends in the winter***
- Respond promptly and professionally to all requests from unit owners, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and staff to ensure the successful execution of property management tasks.
- Schedule routine building maintenance items as needed.
- Uphold high standards of quality and service in line with Summit Solutions' values.
- Must be able to work Saturday’s and Sunday’s in December, January and February ( time off will be given Monday and Tuesday)
Benefits:
- Salary: $48-60k per year

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Knowledge of property management practices and regulations is a plus.

Pay: $47,898.39 - $57,684.09 per year
