To be successful in this role one must be able to conduct research, follow up and resolve open & pending authorizations in a timely manner specifically for MRIs and verify insurance.
This job is a full-time, benefited position at Summit Spine & Joint Centers that reports to the Director of Clinical Operations. Your assigned location is the Company’s administrative office in Lawrenceville, GA.

Responsibilities:
- Self-motivated with ability to multi-task, prioritize work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Address insurance related patient concerns
- Comfortable working in a growing, dynamic organization and able to navigate change.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Excellent knowledge of CPT coding, ICD.10 coding and medical pre-certification protocols required. Prior specialization in MRI preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an outpatient medical office.
- Experience using eClinicalWorks preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
