Our client, a private equity firm specializing in brand acquisition and management, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support their Midtown Manhattan office. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as a key point of contact, handling internal and external communications professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- Support various office management tasks, including expense reporting, document organization, and vendor coordination.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide additional administrative and project-based support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in an administrative support role, preferably within private equity, finance, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
