AI Product Manager, Senior Consultant (Consulting to Hire)
Location: Hybrid | Midtown Manhattan, NYC (Remote 2-3 days a week)

In This Role, You Will:
- Own product delivery for AI-powered search tools and internal data access solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, research, and data teams to build AI-enabled products using open-source models (Llama, Hugging Face, GPT-style tools)
- Drive roadmap execution, backlog management, and agile development practices
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives are responsible, transparent, and aligned with privacy and governance standards
- Identify new opportunities to leverage AI/ML for improved user experience and operational efficiency
- Communicate product roadmaps, project updates, and success metrics to leadership and internal teams
- Serve as an internal evangelist for AI best practices
Candidate Profile:
- 7 years of product management experience, ideally within technology or data-driven environments
- Proven experience leading AI/ML product initiatives (even 1-2 solid projects is sufficient)
- Strong product ownership skills, including roadmap prioritization, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery
- Experience working closely with engineering teams, validating technical requirements, and driving execution
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of data privacy best practices and responsible AI development
- A proactive, fast-moving, and collaborative working style
