Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance - Acquisitions and Integrations

They are seeking an experienced finance leader to drive strategic financial initiatives, ensuring strong financial performance, supporting growth efforts, and maximizing shareholder value. Responsibilities:
- Shape and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and operational goals.
- Provide financial leadership and insights to senior executives, including the CEO, CFO, and board members.
- Lead the development of forecasts, budgets, and financial plans, ensuring timely reporting to guide business decisions.
- Partner with internal teams and external advisors to identify and assess acquisition opportunities, conducting due diligence, valuations, and post-deal integrations.
- Manage capital structure, exploring and optimizing funding options to support ongoing business expansion.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, cultivating a collaborative culture focused on achieving business goals.
- Communicate financial strategies and performance to key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and analysts.
- Develop and implement risk management processes to address market, credit, and operational risks.
Experience:
- 10 years of experience in corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, capital management, and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated success in leading acquisitions and managing complex transactions.
- Skilled in financial modeling and strategic analysis with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on leadership style, able to develop and retain top financial talent.
- Experience in brand management, licensing, or consumer industries is preferred.
- Agile and adaptable, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong business judgment and a focus on achieving tangible results.
Salary : $365,000 - $375,000
