Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance - Acquisitions and Integrations

Responsibilities :
- Shape and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and operational goals.
- Provide financial leadership and insights to senior executives, including the CEO, CFO, and board members.
- Lead the development of forecasts, budgets, and financial plans, ensuring timely reporting to guide business decisions.
- Partner with internal teams and external advisors to identify and assess acquisition opportunities, conducting due diligence, valuations, and "post-deal integrations".
- Manage capital structure, exploring and optimizing funding options to support ongoing business expansion.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, cultivating a collaborative culture focused on achieving business goals.
- Communicate financial strategies and performance to key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and analysts.
