Repair / Claims Technician
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites to inspect and complete repairs on staircases, treads, and related products
- Diagnose issues, determine necessary repairs, and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Utilize hand and power tools to perform carpentry tasks with precision
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure expectations are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring job site safety
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in carpentry, woodworking, or related trade
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve repair issues efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
