Summit Technical Solutions (STS) is seeking a DTS Help Desk-Senior to serve as an SME with the Defense Travel System and application process, as well as with Joint Travel Regulation (JTR).
Primary Responsibilities
- The DTS Help Desk Senior primarily serve as Subject Matter Expert to support USASMDC / ARSTRAT personnel with off-site / on-call functional and holistic Defense Travel System (DTS) and associated Travel Charge Card support assistance.
- Assist the G8 Audit Readiness / Systems / Policy Division with Content Management (CM) and Business Process Analysis support service for maintaining audit readiness.
