Summit Technical Solutions (STS) is seeking a Requirements Analyst to perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for the Sentinel Weapons System.
The Requirements Analyst is the principal for interactions with STS Vice President of Operations, Sentinel and Architecture BAH Prime Contractors, and Government leadership. Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for the Sentinel Weapons System. Subject Matter Expert performing technical assistance, staffing support and Air Force Major Command (MAJCOM) policy development, implementation, and interpretation for Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) operations, training, and future readiness functions at Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC). Will assist AFGSC A3/6 and A5 leadership establish requirements and priorities to address Sentinel Air Force Instructions (AFIs), support Concept of Employments, Human Capital Management, Test planning, Tactics, Training, Procedures (TTPs), Emergency War Orders, Career Field Management, etc. Will assist AFGSC A3/6 identify required manpower requirements in direct support of Sentinel focused on operations/equities while engaging with AFGSC A5I.
Required Skills
Qualified candidates will possess:
- Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- At least 5 years of related AF MAJCOM experience
- At least 10 years of related ICBM Operations experience
- Master’s Degree in mathematics, business, or other related field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of an active Top Secret security clearance
- Must be U.S. citizen
