Copier Technician, Territory Service Supervisor
JMP Office Technologies - Sacramento, CA
JMP Office Technologies has an immediate opening for an Experienced (certified) Field Service Technician for our Sacramento, CA branch to support our growing customer base. As a Field Service Technician for JMP, your primary responsibility will be the installation, training, support and repair of office and production Printing machines and other document handling hardware and software at our customer’s locations.
JMP is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated professionals who possess the following essential qualifications:
- Experience working in a field service for Production Canon or Xerox, or other copier support environment preferred.
- Skilled at troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical equipment utilizing technical manuals, diagrams, schematics and use of conventional tools, diagnostics and test equipment.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
