We are looking for an experienced Associate Broadcast Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a technical broadcast or IT/AoIP environment. A degree in Broadcast Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Responsibilities and Expectations

Responsibilities and Expectations
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot AM/FM broadcast facilities, including RF transmission systems, remote control systems, broadcast studios, and related infrastructure.
- Work with Audio-over-IP (AoIP) systems, including Axia and Wheatstone.
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of IT networks and Cisco-based infrastructure.
- Design and document broadcast system layouts using Visio and SmartDraw documentation tools.
- Participate in client meetings to assess needs and provide technical solutions.
- Provide remote and on-site support for system installations and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system integration projects.
- Work as part of a team by seeking support when needed and providing support to team members.
