You will lead a team responsible for various aspects of commercial operations, including sales operations, marketing operations, meetings and events, and project management. Role And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute commercial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Lead and coordinate sales operations, marketing operations, meetings and conventions, and commercial project management.
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans for the commercial operations team.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales data to inform decision-making processes.
- Provide insights to optimize sales performance and resource allocation.
- Develop and execute strategies for sales operations, including CRM systems, territory planning, and incentive compensation.
- Oversee MLR reviews, promotional materials, and campaign execution.
- Manage meeting logistics, contract negotiations, and event registration.
- Create and oversee integrated launch project plans, facilitate cross-functional meetings, and monitor progress.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the productivity and efficiency of the sales force.
- Evaluate and optimize sales territories, compensation plans, and incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in distribution processes.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 12 years of experience across multiple departments within commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a track record of success in strategic planning and execution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology is required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes, market dynamics, and regulatory environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary : $221,000 - $277,000
