Overview Of Role
The Senior Director, US Patient Engagement will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing patient engagement strategies for Ivonescimab. This role will report into the Head of US Commercial.
Role And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive patient engagement strategies that align with the company's oncology marketing goals and objectives:
- Integrate patient insights into commercial marketing strategies to enhance product positioning, messaging, and outreach efforts.
- Develop patient marketing strategies and promotional content, including educational content and campaigns
- Create programs and materials to aid in initiation, adherence, and retention.
- Coordinate with patient support programs, including educational resources, patient assistance programs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Work closely with clinical, regulatory, marketing, medical, patient advocacy access and sales teams to ensure patient engagement efforts are integrated across all stages of product development and commercialization.
- Collaborate with Patient Advocacy and Access teams on patient-facing work.
- Manage patient marketing agencies and vendors.
- Utilize patient feedback and data analytics to continuously improve patient engagement strategies and measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Track trends to enhance the patient engagement strategy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards across all patient engagement activities.
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, healthcare administration, business administration, marketing, etc.) strongly preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in patient engagement, commercial marketing, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Prior experience supporting patient engagement strategy and initiatives of oncology product launches
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful patient engagement strategies from a marketing perspective
- Strong understanding of the oncology landscape and patient needs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with external partners
- Experience with data analytics and patient feedback mechanisms
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical standards in patient engagement

Salary : $221,000 - $277,000
