We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Alliance Management Director to join our Summit Program Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships, serve as an internal single-point-of contact for alliance information and responsible for execution of critical alliance projects. This role requires pharmaceutical industry experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate US-European-Chinese cross-cultural business environments. Role reports direct to the Head of Product Strategy & Program Management.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global partners as a Summit representative
- Implement appropriate alliance management structures, processes and best practices to meet the needs of each collaboration
- Coordinate and manage joint projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Facilitate effective communication between internal Summit teams and the partner organization
- Monitor and report on the progress of collaborative initiatives
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise in the partnership
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and contract expectations
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of the alliance

The pay range for this role is $180,000-$210,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include bonus, stock, benefits and / or other applicable variable compensation.
