We are seeking a motivated OR Circulator Registered Nurse to join our team. This role will provide care for patients in the operating room, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care within nursing standards of practice and the policies of the center.
Responsibilities
- Affirms clinical competency and leadership skills to ensure effective delivery of patient care.
- Maintains a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Makes decisions regarding direct patient care needs and communicates appropriate information to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Currently licensed in the state or possess a compact license.
- Compact licenses must obtain state license within 90 days of hire.
- CPR required, advanced life support certification required within six months of hire.
- One year experience required intra-operative setting.
- Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
