SummitCove Property Management is looking to expand our Guest Services Team in Keystone. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; taking care of our guests over the phone and in person at the front desk. Our guests come from all over the state, country and worldwide to stay in Keystone and enjoy the mountains year round.
Our Guest Services Team is responsible for making sure their stay is beyond all expectations. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, enthusiastic, and have exceptional customer service skills. This individual will answer phones, check guests in and out, provide information about the resort and accommodations, problem solve guest issues, and perform general office tasks.
Experience in customer service is highly desired, but we will train the right candidate. Must have open availability to work varied and flexible hours. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
