Summary:
Provide administrative support to all levels and departments
Essential Duties:
· Retrieve, sort and direct all incoming mail & messenger deliveries to correct party.
· Prepare and submit expense reports for Senior Management
· Assist with Travel Arrangements
· Coordinate and track all office equipment service calls
· Research, compile data and prepare reports for consideration and presentation for Senior Management
· Set up & Coordinate meetings and conferences.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:
Adhere to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Be a person who is personable, positive, collaborative, professional & reliable
Have a willingness to learn, grow, accept supervision & work overtime.
Minimum 2 years' experience working in general office and Management Assistance.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and able to prioritize multiple projects in a high volume environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work with all levels of management and customers
Detail oriented and able to work with number reconciliation and proofing.
