We are seeking to hire a Producer to accomplish the following:
Proactively soliciting new residential mortgage business
Regularly identifying, developing and maintaining a quality network of business relationships.
Provide an exceptional, effortless customer experience by pre-qualifying potential borrowers and maintaining a thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Maintains professional relationships, promotes the successes of the company and coworkers and is a team player.
We are looking for a candidate that has:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Provides strong customer service to internal and external customers
Exceptional organization and time management skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Independent, self-starting, team player with a positive attitude
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data.
Working knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory (federal and state) guidelines.
Working knowledge of mortgage origination process, FNMA, FHA, VA, USDA guidelines
