Business Development Executives,
Are you skilled in obtaining leads and closings?
In addition to possessing excellent customer relationship skills, the BDE works directly with executives and key personnel to identify, strategize, prioritize, and pursue new and existing opportunities. Our ideal candidate would generate revenue through sales of company's services and conduct closings.
Understanding the need of the customer to continuously develop and feed a sales funnel, maintain good customer relationships and generate new opportunities. The BDE will work directly with Senior Management to to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Seeking Candidates in : VA, MD, DC, TX, FL, MI, OH
The Skill Set :
- Proven sales experience; experience negotiating and closing.
- Retain communication and build relationships with clients by making in-person and virtual calls.
- Engage in company culture.
- Obtain and maintain knowledge of services offered on company and client sides.
- Maintain knowledge of industry regulations.
- Maintain CRM daily with customer contacts and details.
- Qualify potential clients to ensure a match for the Company's client criteria.
- Identify and pursue key decision makers.
- Communicate with Company leadership on a regular basis.
- Participate in events such as trade shows and / or sales conferences.
- Stay abreast on current trends and industry changes.
- Strive to continuously meet or exceed performance goals and departmentally defined objectives.
- Ability to travel based upon client or company needs.
