Summit Stairs & Millwork Inc. is hiring an Order Entry Specialist responsible for order entry and vendor scheduling tasks of the division in support for the resource planning activities. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Salary / Benefits : Starting $17-18 / hour, commensurate with education and work experience. Benefits include health & dental insurance, paid holidays and paid time off.
Responsibilities :
- Enter Customer Purchase Orders
- Expedite and prioritize resource schedules and maintain Trade partners portals.
- Provide real time support to the field for re-schedules.
- Monitor schedules and communicate delays while working with trade partners to resolve scheduling issues.
- Efficient in with Hyphen Build-pro, BWP and similar software system preferred
- Work with trade partners to verify the trades capacity and ensure trade is not overbooked to ensure no bottlenecks and missed orders / schedules.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
