What You’ll Do :
Responsible for the smooth operation of all day-to-day activities carried out in their assigned clinic and programs. The Clinic Operations Manager ensures that clinic and program services operate effectively and efficiently, optimizes clinical and medical schedules, tracks daily clinic productivity and supports the operations staff to streamline workflows to maximize clinic capacity. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the client’s access to care, which could include processes for scheduling, verifying insurance or other coverage, client registration accuracy for proper billing. This position will demonstrate commitment and provide leadership for Summitstone Health Partner’s values by delivering visionary and operational leadership while fostering trust, collaboration, and a diverse and inclusive environment

Total Rewards
The typical hiring range for this position is $63,731 - $$76,482 / year, based on relevant years of experience.
Employees working at locations operating 24 / 7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekend and holidays.
