Overview
A Clinical Program Supervisor - Longview is needed to help us in our endeavor to build the healthiest community in the nation … one person at a time.
This position will be based at the new and innovative acute care behavioral health facility, which opened in late 2023. SummitStone has the privilege of partnering closely with Larimer County on this venture. This voter-approved facility provides licensed, equitable and culturally relevant care and treatment to individuals in crisis with mental health and / or substance use disorders. What You’ll Do :
Responsible for providing active leadership to the Acute Care Center at Longview to ensure the successful operation of clinical service lines. In collaboration with management and staff, the Clinical Program Supervisor will identify opportunities to standardize and streamline clinical services and workflows and establish standards and processes which ensure organizational resources are being utilized to optimal levels. This position will demonstrate a commitment to and provide leadership for SummitStone Health Partners' values by delivering visionary and operational leadership while fostering trust, collaboration, and a diverse and inclusive environment.
The Clinical Program Supervisor is responsible for providing administrative and clinical supervision to clinicians at the Acute Care Center at Longview and will report to a clinical manager. This position will also help to de-escalate clients, will be the acting leader when a clinical manager is not present, will provide crisis assessments both at Longview and in the community (mobile response), and will assist in managing personnel issues.

Total Rewards
The typical hiring range for this position is $76,565 - $91,874 annually, based on relevant years of experience.
Employees working at locations operating 24 / 7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
