Job Description: As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will participate as a member of the service delivery team to provide risk assessments, crisis interventions, safety planning, coordination of care including discharge planning, brief interventions, group work and potential placement for clients. Our First Step Clinic focuses on providing clients with greater access to services and provides a range of strength-based brief approaches to children, adolescents, families, and adults.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, and ~1 year of experience providing individual and group therapy. You should also be proficient in using computers and telehealth systems, and be licensed (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
