Adult Case Manager
Sumner Mental Health Center, a team-oriented community mental health center located in Wellington, Kansas, is seeking an outgoing self-starter as an Adult Case Manager, who will, also, provide Individual Placement and Support and engage with employers/educators as part of this position. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field, along with computer, writing and communication skills. Preferred candidates will have knowledge of community resources; particularly assisting with employment and schooling, along with experience providing community services to individuals who have serious and persistent mental illness. All candidates must have a valid Kansas Driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance coverage. Background checks required. This position provides a competitive salary, 403(b) with 10% annual employer contribution, health/dental/vision/disability/life insurance, and other benefits.
