Job Description :
As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will ensure the efficient operation of our Warehouse / Supplies department with a strong focus on both internal and external customer service. In addition to managing daily warehouse operations, you will play a key role in assembling printers and providing support for delivery tasks as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain high safety standards, keep a clean and organized workspace, and ensure a secure working environment
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, product delivery and return processes
- Perform cycle counts, manage dead stock inventory, and handle supply orders and restocking of shelves
- Support delivery driving on an occasional basis as needed
- Process warranty claims and related tasks efficiently
