What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Operations Associate position at SumnerOne?
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high safety standards, keep a clean and organized workspace, and ensure a secure working environment
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, product delivery and return processes
- Perform cycle counts, manage dead stock inventory, and handle supply orders and restocking of shelves
- Support delivery driving on an occasional basis as needed
- Process warranty claims and related tasks efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a warehouse is a plus
- Experience with printer assembly is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional growth
