Description: Sumo Logic is seeking a new Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our North America (NoAm) sales team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about pursuing a career in Business-to-Business (B2B) ‘Software as a Service’ (SaaS) Sales.
This is a hybrid role, you will be required to come to the office (Raleigh, NC) three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
Role Overview: As an SDR, you will play a critical role in our sales process and in the success of our NoAm sales team by proactively identifying, nurturing, qualifying, and creating new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and prospect for new customers
- Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networking with potential customers (at all levels including directors, VPs, & C-Suite)
- Deliver relevant marketing content to prospective customers and promote marketing events.
- Leverage a modern prospecting tech stack including 6Sense, Linkedin, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Outreach, Orum, Qualified, etc.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to establish a joint territory "plan-of-attack," which includes identifying prospective customers and targeting them with the right messaging at the right time.
