Rural Healthcare Opportunity for Locum Tenens FP/Outpatient Physicians

The ideal candidate will provide locums coverage in a typical rural healthcare environment. Responsibilities include:
Primary Clinic Coverage
Monday through Friday, the physician will cover clinic patients at an average rate of one patient per day.
Inpatient Coverage
The physician will also cover the inpatient census, averaging one to two patients per day with APP support.
Emergency Department Support
As needed, the physician may assist in the emergency department, which is typically busy one night per week.
Call Schedule
The call schedule includes one night of ER call from home per week, with a call ratio of 1:5.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Board Certified IM or FM
- Active IA license or IL
- ACLS and BLS certification (if performing sedation)
- COVID-19 vaccine (documentation required at time of name clear)
