About the Position
This full-time Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a locum tenens physician, you will work closely with our experienced medical team to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Clinical Expertise: Deliver approximately 285 babies per month, utilizing your advanced medical knowledge to ensure the well-being of our patients.
- Shift Flexibility: Work 12 or 24 hour shifts, adapting to the changing needs of our hospital environment.
- NICU Support: Provide comprehensive care for patients in our Level III NICU, supporting critical cases with expertise and compassion.
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Licensure and Certification: Hold an active TX state medical license and DEA certification, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Board Certification: Possess Board certification in OB/GYN, staying current with medical advancements.
- Clinical Experience: Showcase a minimum of 100 deliveries within the past 24 months and 25 GYN cases within the past 12 months, highlighting clinical expertise.
