Start June 9 3 month assignment w / option to extend
M-F 8a-4 : 30p
Primary responsibility will be to perform the face to face visit required by Medicare every 60 days.
Take phone calls and provide approvals and medical information for nurses in the field
Average number of patients per day is 4
Call 1 week a month
REQUIREMENTS : WA State License
