Key Responsibilities
- Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of digital creators, understanding their goals and helping to shape their careers.
- Brand Partnerships : Identify, negotiate, and secure collaborations with top-tier brands that align with each creator's unique voice and audience.
- Strategic Growth : Work with creators to develop and execute long-term strategies to grow their personal brands, revenue streams, and audience engagement.
- Market Trends : Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and new opportunities in the digital content space to keep your clients ahead of the curve.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with other agents, managers, and support staff to ensure seamless communication and execution of client projects.
- Problem-Solving : Handle challenges with professionalism and creativity, whether it’s managing a crisis, resolving disputes, or adapting to shifting priorities.
