Real Estate Marketing Manager

Company Overview: Sumsion Real Estate is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist. We are committed to delivering personalized and strategic real estate services to our clients and need a creative professional who can amplify our brand presence and effectively engage our audience.

Graphic Design & Video Editing:

• Create visually appealing flyers for mailers, brochures, social media posts, for-sale signs, event marketing, eBooks, magazines, buyer & seller packets, etc.
• Edit videos provided by the team, incorporating design/style guide elements and enhancing with music.
• Continually refine team logo and overall branding, updating the graphic/style guide to ensure consistent application across all platforms.

Marketing Content Creation & Management:

• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely task completion each month.
• Create and update targeted ads for the sphere of influence (SOI) list, updating them 2-4 times per month.
• Lead content creation efforts, including eBooks, blogs, podcasts, postcards, and website landing pages.
• Set up automated workflows and drip campaigns to engage leads using MOFIRs (Make an Offer For Immediate Response).

Social Media Management:

• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, BiggerPockets, YouTube), ensuring 3-5 posts per week.
• Edit and post photos and videos with compelling captions and emojis, following the design guide.
• Implement social media strategies that align with each platform’s unique strengths to maximize engagement.

Lead Generation & CRM Management:

• Utilize effective lead generation strategies from the sphere of influence (SOI) and implement MOFIRs.
• Set up automations for SMS, email, postcards, and ringless voicemails.
• Maintain updated buyer and seller packets, ensuring consistency with the branding/style guide.
• Proficiently use CRM (FollowUp Boss) to integrate MOFIRs and systematize business practices.
• Update contact information and manage drip campaigns within the CRM.

Additional Marketing Duties:

• Develop creative ideas for ads and targeted campaigns.
• Maintain the VIP Program by tracking points and sending updates.
• Set up and manage click funnels and Zapier automations to streamline workflows.

Required Skills:

• Strong graphic design and video editing skills (highly important).
• Exceptional marketing and advertising capabilities with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to integrate current events into marketing strategies for relevance.
• Thorough understanding of residential real estate marketing and lead generation.
• Proficient with social media management and content creation.
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically FollowUp Boss, and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with using AI tools like ChatGPT for creating engaging copy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and marketing within the real estate industry or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills.
