We have experienced remarkable growth in a short period of time. We seek to expand our team by hiring a talented digital marketing specialist to advance our sales results through social media (LinkedIn) posts, email marketing and analytics, and website content improvements.

Digital Marketing Specialist Job Responsibilities and Skills :
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions
- Create and manage social media content (on LinkedIn and similar sites), including planning, creation, and scheduling of posts
- Assist with the management of the content and design of the company website
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic
- Write compelling, SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and website copy that align with brand messaging
- Analyze and report on digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize performance
- Monitor and respond to online customer interactions to improve engagement and brand loyalty.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.
- Work to maximize the value of the email database (15,000 emails) and find new sources of email data to increase the reach of email marketing efforts
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, and MailChimp is beneficial
