Our District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail repair shops within a certain region. Their main duties include hiring and training store managers, collaborating with managers to set goals for each store and communicating and enforcing customer policies with managers and team members while ensuring consistent quality and profitability across the district.
Locations: Currently 9 locations - New Orleans (1), New Iberia (1), Lafayette (2), Lake Charles (2), Metairie (1), Kenner (1) and Houma (1).

Reports to Market Leader
Compensation: $100K-185K Total Comp (Base of 100K-120K)
Requires 5 years District Manager level (multi-unit retail) experience in the automotive aftermarket

- Reaching financial objectives
- Assigning workloads
- Adhering to company policies and local, state and federal laws
- Training team members
- Addressing performance issues that affect profits in order of priority
- Coaching other managers
- Resolving customer concerns using excellent customer service skills
- Developing business strategies for revenue growth Inventory control
Qualifications:
- Five or more years of experience in multi-unit district management
- Auto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of Ag vehicle repair requirements
- Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication; business development and strategy implementation knowledge
- Problem-solving using analytical, creative, and critical-thinking skills
- Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position preferred, but not required
- Possess valid driver’s license
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, Monday-Friday
