Job Description
The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles efficiently and accurately, adhering to MAP guidelines and dealership standards. Key responsibilities include diagnosing vehicles according to level of certifications/experience, performing work as outlined on the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order, explaining technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, and recommending services necessary to keep customers' vehicles in running condition.
