The Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the production operations to ensure timely completion and shipment of corrugated equipment and components.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors production within a manufacturing environment, ensuring that projects are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established safety policies and regulations.
- Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions.
- Identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement and implement procedural changes meant to improve performance or efficiency.
- Resolves errors and handles exceptions of moderate risk or complexity.
- Develop the manufacturing budgets and track expenses to ensure appropriate spending.
- Monitor labor capacity requirements.
- Coordinate with distribution to ensure outbound machinery shipments are smooth, accurate and on time.
- Monitor manufacturing supply levels and proactively order supplies as needed through purchase orders.
- Assist where needed throughout manufacturing to keep processes moving and projects progressing.
- Schedule and facilitate the disposal of generated waste, including paint waste, ink waste, waste oil, etc.
- Process paperwork for supplier and vendor deliveries and distribute to appropriate department.
