Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of inquiries.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage client accounts, track interactions, and analyze data to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery of services while meeting client expectations.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Market new products or services to existing clients, demonstrating their value and relevance to their needs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, project updates, and service agreements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role within the financial services or SaaS industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools to effectively manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive in addressing client needs.
- A background in sales or account management is a plus.
